Harrogate is the home of the famous Taylor’s Tea, Betty’s Coffee Shop, and Farrah’s Toffee. It is known as one of the gateways to the Yorkshire Dales and is a wonderful and popular base from which to explore local places of interest such as Ilkley Moor, Pateley Bridge, The Vale of York and other historic towns and cities.

The town has an abundance of first class hotels and guest houses, many of which are close to the golf course and include the famous Old Swan Hotel where Agatha Christie sampled the hospitality. Also close at hand is a great mixture of wonderful shopping, from high street names to the smaller independents.
